If
you are looking for a really good sport horse choosing one that is the fifth generation of successful GP show
horses can never be wrong. Kaistic comes from one of the strongest
performance sire lines ever in SWB breeding. His sire
Maistic was one of
Sweden's most promising young stallions with very good scores for rideability, temperament and
conformation at the performance testing. He then competed very successfully in the Breeders Trophy
young horse championships, won the Bronze at the World Breeding
Championship and was winning at PSG at the age of 7. This talent did not
go unnoticed and to the loss of Swedish breeders everywhere he was sold
to Switzerland after only a few years in breeding. Kaistic is from his
first crop of very promising offspring. Kaistic also free-jumps with excellent technique, a reminder that his great grand sire was a successful GP jumper and his grand-sire actually was the best jumping stallion at his testing (he also was the best dressage stallion and later went on to compete GP dressage internationally before he was exported to Austalia). A full brother to Kaistic was sold to Jan Brink (former co-owner and trainer of Maistic) as a stallion prospect. |
